Therapy is unique among travel healthcare disciplines — it is one of the few fields where new graduates are routinely accepted for travel assignments. If you just finished school and are wondering whether travel could be your first step, the answer might be yes.
Travel as a new grad can accelerate your clinical development, expose you to diverse settings faster than most perm jobs, and give you the freedom to explore the country while you figure out where you want to land long-term.
At TGL we love working with new grads. Asking the right questions up front — about setting preferences, support needs, and what a great first assignment looks like — is how we make sure we find the right fit for you.
Our therapy team has walked this path — we can help you think through the decision honestly and without pressure. Whether you're ready to go or just exploring, reach out and start the conversation.
We'd love to connect with you and your classmates!
